Hello, my name is Ricky Phan, I am the Executive Chef and owner of Eating Fresh, and I’d like to personally welcome you to the manifestation of my destiny. Born out of a spiritual journey, Eating Fresh was created to serve you.
My desire is to serve you what Mother Nature tries to deliver to us all for a bountiful life...fresh food.
What you are about to experience is a meal cooked specifically just for you. I want you to feel as if you are coming home hungry to your mother, who went to the kitchen to gather only the freshest ingredients to prepare that comforting, nourishing food you cannot seem to get anywhere else - just for you to enjoy.
The core benefit of food, the number one fuel for our body, is its freshness. Complete satisfaction and satiety comes from the variety of fresh flavors in a meal. As a result, we no longer need to search beyond the true essence of what Mother Nature has given us.
Deep down inside my heart, I know this to be a herculean mission: to serve food at its peak freshness. Conventional preparation and food additives are very common in the food service industry, so there is much more work for me to do to make this mission a reality.
With your continued support and understanding of my heart and mission, I am confident that together we will bring something very, very meaningful to this world and protect the life (and taste buds) of future generations.
